Jostedal Glacier National Park Centre.

The Jostedal Glacier is the largest glacier on mainland Europe. The Jostedal Glacier National Park has an enormous diversity of natural environments; from deciduous forest in the lowlands to glaciers and snow covered mountains.The national park centre is situated in Oppstryn, 11 kilometres east of Stryneelva cabin center.

Briksdalen Glacir

The powerful Briksdal Glacier is a part of the Jostedal Glacier National Park. The wild glacier swoops down from a height of 1200m to the lush, narrow Briksdal Valley. Olden with Briksdalen Glacier where you can ride by horse and carriage, or go climbing in the glacier ice. (Summer season only).

Stryn Sommarskisenter

The Summer Ski Centre is one of the most popular attractions in Stryn.
Whether you like alpine, telemark, snowboard, freestyle or cross country skiing: at Stryn Summer Ski Centre you can enjoy the unique experience to ski on summer snow. The ski centre can offer two lifts, ski rental, ski school, cafeteria and lots of fun.

Lodalen /Kjenndalen

Lodal valley and Kjenndal Glacier should not be missed. Beautiful scenery and a dramatic history make Lodal valley a place quite out of the ordinary. Twice in this century, huge blocks of stone fell from the sides of Mt. Ramnefjell into the Lovatn lake below. The resulting tidal waves decimated the hamlets of Nesdal and Bødal and 135 lives were lost. The years 1905 and 1936 will forever remind people of Inner Nordfjord of the Lodal catastrophes.

Geiranger

Geiranger is the crowing glory among Norway's fjord district's pearls of natural beauty. Majestic, snow-covered mountain peaks, beautiful and wild waterfalls, lush, green vegetation and the deep blue waters of the fjord.Here you can use the opportunity to take a daytrip with car from Stryneelva Hyttegrend to Hellesylt. Take the ferry to Geiranger, drive to Grotli, and further down the old Strynefjellsroad back to Stryn.
